Tempoo Hotel Marrakech City Centre Adults Only

I stayed at the Tempoo Hotel Marrakech on 26 November for one week as a solo female traveller. My first impression of the hotel was very positive, I was impressed with its location, and the appearance of the hotel, and my first impression has left a lasting impression to come back again...but lets continue with my review. On arrival I received a warm welcome, my cases were brought to my room by Hisham who always offered to help with anything. I paid my taxes on arrival which was as I expected. The room where I stayed was as described and detailed in the photos, it was clean, the shower always had hot water, the bed was huge and comfortable, the air con was very powerful, that in some cases I just opened the window - I was located on the first floor and my window view was very much on the side road. Breakfast - I loved the fact that you had until 11am to have breakfast, which meant I did not have to rush in the mornings, and could have a lie in bed. Yassine, Kamoh and Abdllah always had a smile and ready to assist, they knew I had my decaff coffee with me, and all I needed was hot water in a tea pot. Breakfast was standard, pastries, cold cut/cheese etc and additional breakfast stuff. It met my needs and did the job before I began my day. The restaurant area was always clean, and you could also sit outside on the tables which I thought was really nice. Gym - the on site gym looked great, and normally I would pack some gym clothes, but as this trip was slightly different I was unable to visit the gym, but next time I shall, as they've got a good selection of equipment for those keen to work out. Each night when I arrived back at the hotel there was always someone on the reception and also a porter, which from a security stand point I always felt safe. Coupled with the ambience of the hotel it was definitely the best choice I made to stay at the Tempoo Hotel and will come back again for sure, God's willing. My 6th visit to Morrocco from the UK.

Honestly, everything was great. The staff are super professional and treat you really well. It was my first time staying here, and because of how good they were, I came back again. For sure I’ll always choose this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, I loved the hotel and felt so comfortable here , and the service just made it even better ,I’d recommend it to anyone who wants great service, cleanliness, tasty breakfast, a convenient location, and safety.

The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and well equipped. The reception area was tastefully designed and a nice space to relax and enjoy a coffee. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options and eggs cooked fresh to your liking. The buffet would benefit from having fresh fruit available.

Staff were friendly and multilingual. They assisted when my booked taxi did not arrive and also helped to book my boarding pass. The location was quiet and safe. Not too far away from taxi ranks and Marrakech stattion. The room was clean and a good size.

- Staff were very friendly. Lamia and Kamal were very helpful and friendly. Helped us book excursions such as quad biking for a very good price. - Room was cleaned everyday day and all toiletries replenished . Cannot fault this aspect at all. - Prime location with plenty of aspects to explore that weren’t a hassle to get to.
